A small importer I trust has new-harvest Koroneiki olive oil coming in 20L tins. Solo, that's too much oil and too much cash. If 5 of us are in, I'll order one tin, portion it into 4L tins, and each share lands about 40% under what oil this fresh costs retail. Nobody pays anything unless we get to 5.
