ifwishlist is operated by Proffer Futures Inc, a Delaware corporation.
Questions about this summary or your data: hello@ifwishlist.com.
Waitlist signups: email address, optional intent text, optional category choice, IP address, browser user agent, and Turnstile verification metadata.
Account sign-in: email address for magic-link authentication, session tokens, and basic audit metadata such as IP address and user agent.
Wishes and participation: the text and settings you submit, your participation level, and operational records needed to coordinate a wish.
Feedback: email (required on the feedback form), message text, and optional page context.
We use this information to operate the waitlist, authenticate you, coordinate wishes, prevent abuse, send transactional email, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We record limited operational events to keep wishes coordinating correctly: saying yes, withdrawing, viewing participation receipts, RSVP-style responses where applicable, and when a wish crosses its standing threshold.
These events are tied to your account or session, used for reliability and abuse prevention, and not sold or used for cross-context advertising.
We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, security, and basic site operation.
We do not load non-essential analytics or advertising trackers at launch. If we add optional analytics later, we will ask for consent first.
Because we do not sell or share your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) signal has nothing to opt out of today. If that ever changes, we will honor the Sec-GPC signal.
We use vendors to run the product, including hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
If we add paid features later, payment processing may use Stripe under our instructions.
Those providers process data on our instructions to deliver the service, not for their own advertising.
Waitlist mail is transactional. Reply to hello@ifwishlist.com if you want to be removed from waitlist updates.
Signed-in users can use product settings and support channels as they become available. Deletion requests can be sent to hello@ifwishlist.com.
We keep operational records for as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Access to production data is restricted. This is a private beta; treat anything you submit as operational data, not as confidential storage.
ifwishlist is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States at launch, and is not directed to children under 13.
The current launch surface is US-only. Do not use the service if you are outside the supported launch geography.
This is a launch privacy summary while counsel finalizes the full privacy policy. We will update this page when the full policy is ratified.
Material changes will be reflected here with an updated last-updated date.
